#asktheexpert I had a c section a month ago. I was having little spotting all these days. now that I'm having heavy flow seems more like a periods and there are no clots. It's like regular period flow. is this normal? I'm a breastfeeding mother

A. hi it is called lochia it is normal to get it but if the bleeding is too heavy and you feel exhausted then better to visit your gynecologist for once. keep your self well hydrated take Healthy and nutritious diet take enough rest.
