#AskTheExpert I got C- section operation, now it's 5 th month. I am having heavy back pain, unable to sleep whole night. Give me a solution.

Tapsya BatraMom of 2 children2 years agoA. start with hot water bottle at back 15 min twice a day. Learn back and strengthening exercises from Physiotherapist.
