Check your weight is in ideal according to your height check BMI.
Avoid sugar, processed foods,oily,junk foods,high calorie foods.
Include fibre, protein,low calorie foods more water and fluids.
Talk to your nutritionist and schedule diet according to your health requirements.
If possible do workouts or else walking.
