#asktheexpert I gave dates to rajveer every day for 1 year and apple oats thinking it is good for him. did I do wrong?

Author of questionMom of a 2 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. I have heard people saying dates are equal to sugar. also the problem is with quaker oats which again I have heard people saying that it is something that causes diabetes in children

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. So what is the problem in giving dates and Apple every day you’re giving it for last one year also there is no problem I am not understanding why you are thinking it is safe or not because dates are one of the most healthy dry fruit to be given to the child
