#AskTheExpert I am suffer from heavy hairfall after giving birth to baby. my hairfall has increased tremendously when my baby turned 4. my baby is now 6 moth and is being brest fed. what can I do to arrest this hair loss with out affecting my lactation

A. Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after birth. Most women will return to their usual hair by between 6 and 12 months after birth... If not regain.. need further examination or even laboratory test.. Consult skin care specialist. Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin rich food on a daily basis it is found in several foods such as carrots, bananas, spinach.

A. hello actually after delivery actually hair growth happens nicely you have to take good supplements in take a food rest oil massage and good with vitamin calcium tablets due to that the hair will come out nicely consult your doctor or further examination
