my baby got heavy hairfall

Hair fall in this early age could probably be due to some infection or allergy into the scalp and sometimes could be due to just iron deficiency and having improper diet like when the child does not eat healthy that time also you can save the similar problem so I would suggest you to one time get it checked with your doctor please
