#asktheexpert I am mother of 4month old baby.please suggest to use iodised salt or not as my TSH level fall to 0.06 post delivery{ after 90 days of delivery thyroid results} .Before delivery used 50 kuch and level is normal range. kind suggest .

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist5 years agoA. hello dear mom you are advised to get yourself checked by the doctor and accordingly take your thyroid tablet also include lots of fluid and fibre and have good protein intake in the diet you can use sendha namak in the diet if you have high levels
