#asktheexpert I am mother of 4 year old girl. I feel exhausted all the time and felt pain in my neck, shoulder and lower back.Sometimes I feel very low energy and frequent headaches.

A. if you are a mother of 4 year old child and if you are feeling weakness and exhausted we should take a healthy diet for yourself and do some regular exercise
