#AskTheExpert I am gaining too much weight. Is it okay for me to use weight loss meds and also I am still breastfeeding?

do not talk take certain medicines without your doctor advice, for weight loss for low healthy diet Regime and 2 exercise regularly you can do brisk walking like to jogging Surya Namaskar some floor exercises..
