A. hi mam,as it has been 10 months of delivery ,you can start doing exercises or yoga regularly. you can do bhujangasana , halasana, matsyasan , dhanurashan etc. prefer homemade healthy food . avoid taking processed oily spicy food. drink plenty of fluids.
