start following a healthy and balanced diet .
include variety of whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours gap and regularize your meal timings.
avoid junk and processed foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour.
you can start with walk, yoga or exercises.

Hello ma’am First of all it depends on the kind of delivery you have had and for initial six months if you have a normal delivery then you can start working out after three months and if you had a C-section then you can start working out after the time gap of about 8 to 9 months
