#asktheexpert I am facing severe hairfall and it has started recently.I had a c section delivery in April'20.How can I stop my hairfall

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and hair fall after the delivery is very normal. and also you should massage your hair with almond and kalaunjee oil. clean with amla, shikakkai and reetha. and jave rich fiber and proteins diet.
