after my c section I am facing severe hairfall what hair products shall I use to get over it.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Hairfall after delivery happens due to low haemoglobin,stress,harmonal imbalances ।
To overcome this have protein rich,iron rich foods in regular diet।
Use castor oil it helps in fast hair growth , mixing amla /onion oil ,fenugreek seeds pack,hibiscus leaves,flowers or egg pack helps in controlling hairfall.
