#AskTheExpert i am 26weeks of pregnancy and facing bleeding issue weekly.. i have low lying placenta not touching the internal os and blood clot behind the placenta.. sometimes i feel cramps in lower abdomen and back side then bleeding get started after one hour of cramps.. what should I do.. please suggest

As the bleeding is happening again and again it is advisable that you be in strict bedrest to avoid any stress over your abdomen or the placenta.
