A. After pregnancy, stretch marks are mostly common in mothers. To reduce them, include Vitamin and protein rich foods and drink lots of fluids. Apply Bio oil or Aloe vera gel and coconut oil on affected areas twice a day on clean and dry skin. Start doing some skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas.
