#AskTheExpert how to loose weight after delivery. my weight gain after delivery from 69 to 72kg

A. Hello mom if you have recovered well you may start some physical exercise such as walking or yoga etc , but it would be good you do it from 6 month onwards , also too much of restrictions are not ideal , as that would effect on your milk production so just be Mindful and avoid refined and processed and sugary foods
