A. Hello To lose weight you can, 1. Include nutritious foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd Vegetables salads fruits nuts & lot of water 2. avoid junk. fried , sweet , sugary drinks, bakery products 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
