A. Hi dear mom To loose weight start with the exercise. U can do yoga, cycling, walk, jogging, dance etc as per ur comfort....deink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
