#asktheexpert how to know that my breast milk is sufficient and my baby is full

A. Child should be full for at least two hours to 3 hours after taking a feeding from you and if your child is gaining sufficient amount of weight which is approximately minimum of 500 g in a month that is going to denote that the breast milk that you’re giving is enough for the child
