#AskTheExpert How to increase mother milk supply as my 20 days baby weight is not gaining much. birth date: 18th December 2021 birth weight : 2.44 kg weight as in 6 January 2022 : 2.69 kg looking forward to you help and advise

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children3 years agoA. if you feel that you are not getting sufficient milk secretion then you can have lactose granules available in the market after Consulting doctor also you should keep yourself well hydrated have a cup of milk 3 times in a day and some times for first two months baby weight gain remains slow and then it starts increasing
