Q.

Hi mam, my baby is 11 months old. I have only 20 ml milk supply. can u please suggest to increase the milk supply.

A. hi yes ..sure. first ,i suggest - dont give up offer frequent nursing sessions ,it stimulate your milk glands and increase milk supply second , you may start taking some suppliments like leptadine tablet
