ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. You have to take at least 3 L of water per day that is very important for Good milk supply. Along with that high-protein diet on a daily basis is needed. Methi oats sabza seeds eggs etc also help
