Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplemddents like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be gifven for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Now you baby is more than one year old and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now on you should just try to get daily routine food to your baby. And baby should take at least four meals in a day
