#AskTheExpert how many times should a 7 month old baby eat solids during the day ? how to give milk in between?

A. Dear mum, a 7 months old baby should be given solids 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. You should breastfeed in between and on demand. You can also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
