A. Hi mom To loose belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga, cycling, jogging, dance, gym etc to reduce belly fat. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk food and oily food
