#AskTheExpert how can we protect children from having cold as now the weather is getting changed. what precautions can we take?? any home remedies that we can do for good immunity in kids?

A. it is is very important to cover the child well during winter. whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally. the child is having any complaints then only examination will be required
