It seems your child is 4 months only so if it’s a normal delivery u can start with little physical exercise and if c section then start little workout after a month or half 
Have a healthy diet as your body needs right nutrition post delivery
Follow small and frequent meals 
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet 
Take protein with every meal like dal, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, soya products, eggs, lean chicken and fish , nuts and seeds
Reduce excess intake of sweets, ghee rich food, fried foods and namkeen and sugar 
Water 3-4 litre per day 
U can have jeera and ajwain water for healthy digestion and they boost metabolism

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom if it was normal delivery then after three months and if it is c section then after completing six months and proper recovery you can start with light exercise or you can do yoga at home also you
can do Surya Namaskar 12 times a day if you can't do anything else in your busy routine cut all
the junk food and have diet full of fibre have seasonal fruits and vegetables drink lots of water
have jeera water empty stomach the early in the morning divide your meals into 6 small portions
