A. for weight of child give potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit as cashew almonds in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount.. start with vitamin supplements as zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric.. for immunity give leafy vegetables citrus fruits seasonal fruit garlic ginger dry fruit nuts and seeds curd tumeric milk tulsi water..
