once he wakes up he have milk for breakfast he have idly with greens for lunch dhal rice , eve he used to have any one vegetable (boiled) one fruit juice night curd rice with millets .. Kindly suggest how to improve

It It’s okay I’m not going to say it is less because if the child weighs about 12 KG by completing the age of 24 months it’s quite an ideal and healthy variants if your child is 10 right now you should work upon healthy options of food to feed your child
