#AskTheExpert How can ease my labour pain, prevent vaginal tearing and reduce labour time? I had a case of short cervical length initially but then it was resolved through medications and injections, otherwise all other parameters are normal

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
