A. See normally what happens when the labour pain is really high the doctors are going to put you on a line that a line actually increases the intensity of the labour so you don’t even realise that you are in so much of pain sometimes because that is going to calm you down somewhere with that and the pain is going to be there if You Are mentally sorted to have a normal delivery you know that the pain is going to be there and when you are mentally ready you get that strength automatically on your own and if you believe in some God where you feel you know I believe I have faith and gorgeous try to just you know take your God’s name into your mind that’s going to help you in calming your nerves
