#AskTheExpert hloo doctor I am mother of 2.5 yrs old daughter. october me mujhe dengue aur typhoid hua tha. uske bad se hair fall h jo ab bht jyada ho rha h. plz suggest any oil,lotion or shampoo.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Good luck and take care.
