#AskTheExpert Hlo mam i have 20 months post pregnancy. I did exercises and my diastasis racti abdominal gap is left 1 finger only. But it stops there. So Can i start abs workout now or continue diastasis recti exercise?? plz tell me dr i m confused.

A. It is advisable that your first consult a physiotherapist and see if the gap can be rectified or not. They will tell you if the muscles are suitable for doing other exercises or not
