hii doctor!
My 4 month 15 days baby is not latching on and drinking breast milk properly for past 1 week and while sleeping he was drinking and latching properly and has became very obstinate just cries he didn't do this before , he doesn't smile as much as before ,he gets angry ,shouts, and cries most of the time

AshMom of a 2 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. Consult with your paediatrician because if baby have bacterial infection then they can’t do breastfeeding.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper. if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk meet lactational counsellor who will guidde regarding this. see videos on you tube for breastfeeding position and attachment. take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables,d milk for increasing breast milk for yourself. take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.
