#asktheexpert Hi sir, My breast milk is not sufficient for my baby. I was used lactare medicine also. then also milk supply is not increase. many of the people suggest nan pro1 formula milk powder. shall I use?

A. dear you should take or continue taking lactare my advice will be to use Babyhug smart and silent electric breast pump to express milk and feed it stimulates flow take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana drumstick jeera more you nurse milk will increase
