Q.

My son is 24 days old & delivery happened through C sec. I am having low breast milk supply. I am taking lactare powder twice daily but still milk is not sufficient for baby. Any other medicine or solution?? please guide

A. Use Galact granules in milk , twice a day

A. plz intake garlic in early morning empty stomach... it will make u sufficient milk... and moringa leaves...

A. stick to a fixed feeding or pumping schedule. baby sucking is the stimulation for breast milk production

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Good luck and take care
