A. for low breast milk supply you need to take plenty of liquids and high fibre diet and give frequent feeding to your child so that milk production increases as it is a hormonal phenomenon regulated by signals to the brain so you should feel positively motivated and do not try to give formula milk unless advised by your paediatrician and if the weight gain and urinary output of your baby is nor&bhmal .if required you can also take help from a lactation consultant who will guide you in a very proper way regarding establishment of good lactation as well as will help you in relieving pain if you have any. medicines are not of much help in this but definitely your diet is very important.

A. Try power pumping with the help of an electric breast pump. Check on YouTube/Google about it. This will send message to your brain to produce more milk. Don’t worry initially if you don’t get milk even after pumping. You will see results after 7-15days. Drink as much as water as you can.

A. If All the medicines are yet not helping you to increase your lactation and I think it would be more sensible for you to completely switch to formula feeding only will you tried your best it seems like you tried everything in your hand but if it is not helping then it is not helping you know you just don’t have control over the
