Hi dear good morning Keep baby hydrated. Feed every few hours that is the best way to cure soon. Also add tulsi leaves to warm coconut oil and apply to baby's chest sole and back. Keep baby warm. Home remedies are good but it would take a longer time to recover. Babies cant bear for a long time. It's better to check with doctor once and you can treat with medicines and home remedies parallel. Give healthy foods and mild at the same time. You can give oats, rice cereal, warm rasam, soups, can add little pepper and turmeric with warm milk. Also have medicines as prescribed bt your doctor for sppedy recovery.

hello parent your kid is 10 months old as your child has completed 6 months you must start weaning foods and you may surely give seasonal fruits carrot etc no need to worry...
