#AskTheExpert hi sir good morning I have a girl baby she is one month old I don't have milk to feed her please suggest me some powders or medicine to milk production

A. Hello mom you can take supplements either in Ayurvedic or say homeopathy also..otherwise supplementary granules like emcure galact granules . Certain food such as dry fruits , garlic , fenugreek leaves or drumstick leaves, flax seeds , panjiri, ajwain, saunf or jeera water as well , milk
