SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl8 months agoA. Cold winter always cold in hand too, if central part of body is worm no alarming.. Give a good massage and rub the body with hot cloth now and then to regulate the body temparture. Not to worry, wear winter protective clothes always.
