A. hi mom. as you are a breastfeeding mother there is chances that you might be feeling hungry and eating without thinking which might have caused increase in the weight. just increase the water intake at least 4 litres per day and avoid sugar and oily food. definitely you cannot do any kind of diet during feeding, but you can do some simple walking . any kind of vigorous exercise you can do it only after six months we consult with your gynecologist.
