My 4 month old baby who is on exclusively breast feed, suddenly since 2 to 3 days his poop seems to be runny consistency & passes 3 to 4 times/day as well as when he passes gas ; no fever + intake is good + active ; nothing to worry and one more thing temperature is slightly raised here.
Wana know when the motion said to be loose motion (how many times/day)
