Severe internal weakness will be the reason dear. In typhoid also, it happens. Please get it checked up. Have your iron and calcium supplements on time till you are breastfeeding.
Eat healthy and nutritious food. Add protein powder in milk for added benefits. Have Dashmularishta post pregnancy for good strength.
