My son aged 4.5 yrs is getting chills and fever at night from 2nights....what could be the reason . No fever during daytime .He is also having cough and cold

A. Maybe it’s because of cold and cough and due to exertion your child eventually gets fever in the night but without a proper checkup since a correct reason cannot be provided I’m going to advise you to consult your doctor for further checkup once
