#AskTheExpert Hi, i am not having sufficient milk to feed my baby through breast so I am giving her formula milk, is that okay?

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. As ur bm is insufficient, yes u can give formula milk to ur baby.
