#AskTheExpert Hi I am mother of 4 month baby , I am breastfeeding my baby. Can I take multivitamin tablet 1 each day though I am taking calcium and iron since pregnancy.

Maintain hygiene Yes you can take
Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food stay hydrated
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
