#AskTheExpert hi. I am in 9th month. this is my second delivery. but I don't know why this time I have so much fear about delivery. some time I am not able to sleep also. what I need to do. please help.

A. fear could be there at any time or any pregnancy and if it is really hampering your daily life then you need to consult a therapist because there is a chance that you might also land up in postpartum depression
