stomach pain might happen because of gas
so ,I advise to take small and frequent meal
avoid overeating.
take light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc more
for itching ,I advise to apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep that area clean
