#asktheexpert hi doctor My baby is 5 months old. she has got 2 teeth as well by now. she is exclusively breastfeeding . is it okay to start giving rice water for her before giving solids?

A. Namaste Mom, Ji haan aap jab weaning foods introduce karte hai, it is always better ki aap phele unko liquid foods se start kare , jaise ki aapne kaha rice water, usske saath aap usko dal water, fresh fruit juice and also vegetables soup bhi de sakte hai.
