Hi doctor I am exclusively feeding my 5 months old baby. my periods got started will that affect my breastfeeding?

A. No.. you can still feed your baby as you are now..

A. Hello dear parent! There is no relation. Just ensure that you take a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while you breastfeed your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, greens, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet
